Consisting of the construction and/or furnishing of items as listed in the Bid Schedule beginning on page P-6, Part III, Form of Proposal, of this document, for the North Broadway Greening Project, Lexington-Fayette County, Kentucky. Bids will be received from Prime Contracting firms on a Lump Sum for total Project. Bidder must include a price for all bid items to be considered. Bids shall be submitted in the manner and subject to the conditions as set forth and described in the Information for Bidders and Special Conditions. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the closing date for receipt of bids. Errors and omissions will not be cause for withdrawal of bid without forfeit of bid bond. Question Deadline 05/08/2025 at 12:00 PM ET If the bid is $50,000 or greater, bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government in an amount not less than Five Percent (5%) of the base bid. Bid bond shall be executed by a Surety Company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and countersigned by a licensed Kentucky Resident Agent, representing the Surety Company. Bid Bonds are not required for bids under $50,000. A cashier's check or irrevocable letter of credit is an acceptable form of bid security.
