Ruby Rural Airport Maintenance Contract The work shall consist of routine winter maintenance of all runways, taxi-ways, aprons. State owned equipment and State-owned buildings located on the airport facility, in accordance with the contract specifications. The Contractor is hereby notified that all records pertaining to the development of this project are available for inspection at the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Supply and Services, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, AK 99709. Contract Period: October 1 - April 30 Service Period: From October 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026 for the initial year with the option to renew for three (3), one (1) year renewable options under the same Terms and Conditions. Renewals to be exercised solely at the State's discretion.
