As of November 3, 2025 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The City of Fayetteville is accepting statements of qualifications from construction management firms properly licensed to provide, construction management services as a construction manager at risk (CMAR) for the construction of a new Aquatic Facility. The project includes, but is not limited to, construction of a Competition Natatorium, Recreational/Wellness Natatorium, Aquatics Support/Filter Building, Changing Facility and all required infrastructure.
