If no deadline is specified, questions or objections must be received at least seven days prior to the Bid Response deadline. The Procurement Officer may elect to respond to questions received after the deadline. Bid Response Held Firm. Bid Responses are not awarded at the bid opening. Bidders must hold their Bid Responses firm for 90 days, unless otherwise specified by the Procurement Officer in writing. Award. Award will be made to the responsible Bidder with the lowest priced Bid Response that is responsive to the specifications and all other requirements stated herein. NDSU reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Responses in whole or in part. Areas to be painted _ Common areas (walls) _ Hallways - 488 _ Mud tape and paint where 2 walls/doors will be removed going into 400 suite (East and West side of South double elevators) (walls/door removed and sheet rocked by others). South wall behind elevators will be accent wall _ Restrooms _ 499M _ 499W _ Offices (one accent wall per office) _ 400A, 400B, 400C, 400E, 400F, 400G _ 400D _ Mud tape paint room after North wall removal (to add glass wall) and east and west wall having soundboard and sheetrock installed _ 402, 404, 406, 410, 412, 416, 418, 420, 422 _ 424 _ North wall of 430 continued to West hallway wall. This will be removed and sheet rocked by others - mud and tape patches prior to painting _ Mud, tape and paint East door that will be filled in _ 428, 432, 434, 436, 438, 442, 444, 446 _ All door frames _ Stairwell (477S1 & 477S), storage room (408), electrical room (430), and custodial room (440) frames to be painted on hallway side only (to door stop on jamb) _ 2 - Elevator doors and frames Surface Prep _ Repair any holes and wall cracks _ Remove and reinstall all outlet and switch covers _ Wipe all surfaces to clear any debris Materials _ Walls _ Color TBD _ Accent Wall _ Color TBD _ Metal Door Frames _ SW 7020 black fox preferred paint Benjamin Moore Command Satin Application _ Brush and roll Cleanup _ Ensure all surfaces that are not to be painted are covered properly to prevent paint from getting on them (e.g., Cabinets, countertops, appliances, etc.) _ All trash to be discarded appropriately. Notes _ All carpet is being replaced, and the base will be removed _ All office door blinds will be removed and not reinstalled _ Exterior window blinds will be left in place _ All office furniture to be removed prior to painting
