Site work for a mixed-use development in Heavener, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Bids need to include design, fabricate, and install elevated catwalks on the treatment unit to ensure safe and efficient access for personnel performing routine maintenance and inspection of bearings and related components. Conduct a detailed field assessment to verify dimensions, clearances, and attachment points. Identify existing structural or o p e r a t i o n a l c o n - straints. Fabrication: Fabricate catwalks using galvanized steel with handrails and fiberglass grating. Ensure all welds and connections meet structural and corrosionresistance standards. Installation: Deliver fabricated components to site and install using appropriate anchoring systems. Coordinate with operations to minimize disruption to ongoing treatment processes. Warranty: one year warranty on w o r k m a n s h i p . Timeline: 4-6 weeks from awarding of bid. All materials and labor should be inc l u d e d i n b i d amount.
