Bids shall be on a lump sum and/or unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bidders will be allowed to modify or withdraw bids prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. No bid received after the scheduled closing time will be accepted or opened.
