Site work for a water / sewer project in Buda, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project will complete a 12-inch waterline connection between the Central and East pressure zones along Old Black Colony Road to be able to move water from the proposed elevated storage tank within the Colony development. Approximately 3,000 linear feet of waterline will need to be constructed to tie into the Colony Development along with the installation of a pressure reducing valve between the two pressure zones. Right-of-way costs are unkown at this time and timing of the project is to be aligned with the reconstruction of Old Black Colony Road from the 2021 Bond. Pair with W12 and M09. Project A.1 from the 2024 Water Master Plan. The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of September 23, 2025, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
