The work for which bids are invited consists of site demolition and preparation and subsequent installation of the proposed Gateway Plaza located between RecPlex East and West buildings and adjacent to Countryside Park. Plaza project includes substantial concrete and roadway/curb construction, installation of owner specified interactive spray fountains, shade structure, outdoor pavilion and ticket booth, and related amenities. Additionally, the scope of work will include drainage and accessibility improvements and repairs to the park's A-Frame shelter The estimate for the Project is $2,959,176.91. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein.
