Clarendon Hills Park District - Lions Park Pool Renovations - Bid Release 1 Lump sum bids for Bid Release 01 will be received until the scheduled time, publicly opened and read aloud for the following Trade Packages: Trade Package 03A - Building and Site Concrete Trade Package 04A - Masonry Trade Package 06A - General Trades Trade Package 09A - Painting Trade Package 13A - Aquatics Trade Package 22A - Plumbing Trade Package 23A - HVAC Trade Package 26B - Electrical Trade Package 31A - Demolition, Excavation and Site Utilities Trade Package 32A - Landscaping Awards will be presented following bidding and qualifications to the District Board for approval, which is scheduled for May 19, 2025. The cut-off for Bidder questions is 5:00 PM on Tuesday, May 6, 2025. Questions should be addressed in writing via email to IHC Construction Companies, LLC; Attn: Jim Leppert jleppert@ihcconstruction.com and Gavin Rieger grieger@ihcconstruction.com. Questions submitted less than one week prior to the bid opening cannot be considered. The Park District specifically disavows and disclaims responsibility for any oral or written answers to questions which are not encompassed in an addenda.
