The City of Morgantown requests statements of qualifications from architecture and engineering firms to provide professional services for design, bidding and Construction Administration and Construction Inspection services in connection with the Chestnut Street Streetscapes Project. Question Deadline 05/05/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Answers to offerors questions due 4 p.m May 8, 2025 This project will follow the 5G state code for consultant procurement and the selected consultant must provide a DOH approved audited overhead rate and certified wage rates. Interested firms can view the project area at their convenience. Proposals may be held by the City of Morgantown for a period not to exceed 90 days from the date the proposals are due. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
