As of July 7, 2025, construction started today. All trades have been awarded. The previous solicitation is for reference purposes only. The Project: Storm system, drainage and sidewalk improvements are to be completed within the UM Diag. The site location is on the University of Michigan's Central Campus in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Major aspects of the work include, but are not limited to: 1. Demolition of existing structures, site features, utilities and landscaping as required for new construction. 2. Construction of infiltration basins, catch basins, trench drainage system and storm sewer mains. 3. Construction of 8" concrete sidewalk. 4. Grading of existing site for drainage improvements.
