Please provide a quote for a complete removal and replacement of the existing single ply roofing, vapor barrier, insulation, coverboard and associated flashings, flashing accessories and fasteners. Place bids on bid schedule "Aquatic Center Tear Off". Follow the scope provided for "North Clackamas Aquatic Center Tear Off". Alternate bid- in addition to the bid for complete tear off NCAP is asking for an alternate bid of a reroof as specified "North Clackamas Aquatic Center Reroof" spec document. Please provide a quote for removal and replacement of the existing single ply roofing material, associated flashings, flashing accessories and fasteners.
