Renovation of a municipal facility in Montague, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Montague Office Complex - Roof Replacement Scope of Work: 1. To supply all labour and materials to complete work as outlined in the drawings & specifications. 2. Remove and dispose of existing asphalt shingles. Review actual status of current sheathing before installation. Work includes but not limited to the supply and installation of Asphalt Shingles and accessories. 3. Tender price to include removal and disposal of construction debris as per regulations. 4. Tenderer is responsible for their own measurements. 5. All work to be conforming to applicable standards and be done by competent trades personnel. 6. Successful Contractor to submit construction schedule. Security Deposits, provided by General Contractors, must be in the form of a Certified Cheque or Bank Draft drawn on a Bank to which the Bank Act applies or a Credit Union, payable to "Minister of Finance, Province of Prince Edward Island". The completion date for this project shall be Sept 1st, 2025
