Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Cicero, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Cicero School District 99 will accept sealed lump sum trade contractor bids for the Demolition of Former Daniel Burnham Elementary School located at 1630 S. 59th Ave. Cicero, IL60804 . Bid packages include: BP01 Abatement & BP02 Demolition. Prime Trade Agreements will be assigned to the Construction Manager, Vision Construction & Consulting, Inc. The project consists of providing all work per Contract Documents Bids will be tabulated, studied, and presented to the Owner. Contracts will be awarded, if at all, by Cicero School District 99 at their next Board meeting. All questions concerning the bid must be submitted to Vision Construction & Consulting, Inc. in writing. Bidders must comply with current prevailing wage requirements in accordance with IDOL for Cook County, Illinois and with all equal employment requirements. All bidders are required to submit a bid security with their bid. The security amount shall be ten percent (10%) of their total bid amount. The bid security may be in the form of a bid bond issued by a surety licensed to do business in the State of Illinois, a cashier's check or a certified check payable to the School District. The district reserves the right to defer the award of the contract(s) for a period not to exceed sixty (60)calendar days from the date bids are received, and to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive technicalities. *Addendum 01 and 02 have been released.
