Switchgears Upgrades at the Following Schools (Balmville ES - Gardnertown ES - Fostertown ES) Transformer Upgrade at the Following School (Balmville ES) Bid Security: Attached hereto is Bid Security in the form of (circle correct form) Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cash in the amount of 5 percent (596) of the written Base Bid amount. 44-16-00-01-0-023-012 44-16-00-01-0-019-012 44-16-00-01-0-026-012 Each Bidder must deposit a Bid Security in the amount and form per the conditions provided in Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days after the Bid opening. Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. Single Prime Project Contract consisting of the following: Contract No. EC-OI - Electrical Construction Work Balmville Elementary School Fostertown School Gardnertown Leadership Academy A full performance bond, together with labor and material payment bonds in a form acceptable to the Owner, shall be required of the successful Bidder for the full contract amount. The Newburgh Enlarged City School District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject all Bids without explanation.
