Request for Qualifications Architectural Continuing Services The City of Fort Lauderdale, FL (City) is actively seeking qualified, experienced, and licensed firm(s) to provide Architectural Services as further described in Section III Scope of Services. Those firms which are interested in submitting proposals in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) shall comply with Section IV Submittal Requirements. Firms shall be in the business of Architectural Services for at least five (5) years, and must possess sufficient financial support, equipment and organization to ensure that it can satisfactorily perform the services if awarded a contract. Firms must demonstrate that they, or the principals assigned to the project, have successfully provided services with similar magnitude to those specified in the scope of services to at least one city similar in size and complexity to the City of Fort Lauderdale or can demonstrate they have the experience with large scale private sector clients and the managerial and financial ability to successfully perform the work.
