A cashier's check, certified check or surety bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid from each subcontractor and material supplier, who's bid exceeds $50,000 shall accompany the submitted proposal. All bidders for this project are required to meet all qualification requirements as established in these bid documents. Furthermore, each Bidder may not withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids. Bid date notes: Ensure delivery of bid is prior to bid day/time but no greater than 96 hours before bid day/time. Bids will also be received at the Fenix office and can be hand delivered or shipped to Fenix Constructors, Inc., 215 Drew St. S.W., Ardmore, OK 73401. All bids delivered to Fenix will be hand carried to the school for the 4:00pm opening. If you choose to have your bid shipped to Fenix CI, it is MANDATORY for it to arrive to Fenix CI office before time. Said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud, immediately following the time stated above at the school (room to be determined later).
