A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Hillsborough County Capital Programs Department is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the construction work for the Southshore Library Renovations and Southshore Library Restroom Renovations includes a three-phased interior renovation within the existing 37,238 SF Southshore Library located at 15816 Beth Shields Way, Ruskin, FL. SCOPE OF WORK A. The Contractor shall prepare the performance mock-ups in such a manner as to allow for the commencement of testing immediately after the Architect and Owner have finalized their aesthetic review and the Contractor has agreed the actions for all comments arising from that review. B. Mock-up materials and assemblies as reviewed and accepted by the Architect and Owner will set the standard for materials and assemblies provided in the building. The Contractor shall revise all shop drawings to conform to the accepted mock- up. C. Mock-ups shall be complete in all respects and shall represent the final complete wall assembly, including but not limited to masonry, precast concrete elements, fenestration, weather barriers, sealants flashing, decorative metals and finishes. Construct mock-ups in location and orientation at Project site or off-site testing site as approved by Architect. D. The Contractor shall not place orders for wall components or materials and shall not commence fabrication until mock-ups are approved. Any material ordered or fabrication completed prior to the Architect and Owners approval of the mock-up shall be entirely at the Contractor's risk. E. Where review of mock-ups may require revisions of designs or construction techniques, the Owner will provide such revisions in writing to the Contractor. F.
