Work consists of 3-Story Pre-K Addition to JFK School approximately 31,300 sf total. Lower level partially unexcavated with storage and utility spaces. Main level will house 6 Pre-K Classrooms and Administration spaces. Upper level will be an open, unfinished core/shell space. Site work involves modifications to areas relating to the addition and alternates. Bids will be rendered in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4.
