Renovation of a conference / convention center in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,000-square-foot conference / convention center.

Remove existing roof and install approximately 11,000 sq. feet of 60 mill TPO roof installation, make repairs to water damaged areas All questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing and faxed or emailed to Jay Downs at (803)772-6865 or jdowns@icrc.net. Perform safety and pre-site inspection of roof and project grounds prior to project commencement. 4.2. Discuss all material laydown areas as well as roof loading points with authorized on-site contact prior to project commencement. 4.3. Tear off and dispose of EPDM single ply roof membrane and flashings to expose roof insulation. 4.4. Inspect roof insulation for water damage. Should water damage exist, contractor should notify owners authorized agent prior to replacement. 4.5. Furnish and mechanically attach new 1/2 " HD coverboard at all roof areas being worked per manufacture specifications. 4.6. Furnish and mechanically attach new 60 mill TPO roof system over new HD coverboard. 4.7. Furnish and install new TPO prefabricated flashing details at all through roof protrusions. 4.8. Hand weld all field and penetration details within TPO roof system per manufactures specifications. 4.9. Furnish and mechanically attach perimeter coping at all perimeters. Coping must be coated using KYNAR 500 paint finish with minimum 20-year finish warranty. 4.10. All new coping to include securement per manufactures specifications and local code requirements. Self-drilling mechanical fasteners with neoprene gasket washers and Kynar coated to match metal color must be utilized. 4.11. Probe inspect all welds in TPO lap seams upon completion. 4.12. Furnish and install cut-edge sealant per manufactures specifications at all field fabricated overlaps. 4.13. Perform final inspection with authorized agent upon completion for final project sign off.
