Description: Repaint and modify existing standpipe as shown and described in the specifications. SCOPE OF WORK BY THE CONTRACTOR 1. Water Storage Improvements - Repaint Existing 15'Ox110' Standpipe shall consist of the following: a. The contract consists of furnishing and constructing all materials and equipment to modify and repaint the existing 15'Ox110' Standpipe and all appurtenances for a full operational facility as shown described in the specifications. 2. Tank Recoating shall consist of the following: a. The contract consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor to complete the blasting and recoating of the interior and power washing and recoating of the exterior of the Standpipe along with various appurtenances as shown in the plans and described in the specifications. 3. Alternate Bids shall be received for the following: a. The construction of an additional manway located opposite the existing manway. b. The construction of security fencing around the standpipe.
