The traffic signal improvements include, but are not limited to, site mobilization, traffic control, installation of a new traffic signal cabinet, furnishing and installing traffic signal controllers, furnishing and installing CCTV camera and cabling, installation of fiber optic cable, and all appurtenant Work. The Contractor shall connect, setup, configure, test and commission all traffic signal controllers, and communications at the City's Traffic Management Center (TMC) as part of the work required for this project. The Work to be constructed under the Contract hereunder is located in the City of Mission Viejo. The Work to be performed consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above-stated Contract. The general items of Work consist of installing new traffic signal equipment, such as a traffic signal cabinet, traffic signal controllers, a CCTV camera, supplemental emergency vehicle preemption (EVP) systems, ethernet switches, and fiber optic cable.
