Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
Rouyn Noranda Diesel Shop Upgrades. Convert existing washroom (Quantity - 1) to a unisex bathroom near the existing men's washroom. Replace the existing exterior wall cladding c/w new girts with thicker insulating walls Replace all exterior doors. Doors shall have inside panic bar. Blank Windows in the shop area. New exterior LED Lighting with photocells and new exterior LED Lighting inside shop area. New Steel roof with ice stops above doors. Replace canopies. New downspout and gutters. Regrading, apron in front of the main garage doors (Quantity - 02) and rear double door. Upgrade existing outdates electrical panels. TIMELINE: An RFP for design has been issued by the owner to provide architectural review and engineering design of building upgrades of Ontario Northland's Diesel shop building located in Rouyn Noranda, QC. The Consultant shall provide all resources necessary and design services to complete the scope; this may include: Architectural, Civil and Structural, Mechanical, Fire protection, and Electrical engineering. 1.
