Description

Site work and new construction of a military facility in Eastover, South Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

Provide design, bid support and construction administration services for construction of metal physical fitness shelter of open construction approximately 250 feet by 150 feet. Shelter will be used to conduct Army Combat Fitness Training and Testing over existing artificial turf fields. Lighting for night training will be required. A/E services for design, bid support and contract administration. Project may include civil and electrical. Firmmay subcontract disciplines outside their specialty. Anticipated Construction Cost Range: $800,000 to $1,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
