Project Description: Sealed bids are invited for the renovation of Old Dominion University's IFB#25-ODU-18- CCC, Irrigation Installation Services at Kaufman Mall and Williamsburg Lawn, at Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA 23529. Scope: The Scope of Work shall consist of providing underground irrigation system upgrades and expansion at both Kaufman Mall and the Williamsburg Lawn on the campus of Old Dominion University. All work to be completed and in accordance with the attached drawings and specifications. Anticipated construction period is on or about June 4, 2025 with a final completion of July 18, 2025. Questions: a. In order to maintain posted Bid due date, all questions related to this project shall be submitted in writing via email and shall be submitted concurrently to each of the named points of contact: a. OWNER - Old Dominion University b. Procurement Officer - Neil Cutler, ccutler@odu.edu c. Project Manager - Andrew Currin, acurrin@odu.edu b. All questions are due via email no later than 5:00 PM, Monday, May 8, 2025.
