This is a Public Work and will require Prevailing Wages to be paid. THE WORK The Work will consist of flooring repair services at various locations countywide The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required to perform the work as specified here The Contractor is responsible for uploading the bid to Periscope and ensuring that the original BID BOND is received in-office by the due date indicated above. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items. The check or bond must be made payable to "The County of Santa Clara."
