Project Description: This scope of work, as part of Package 02 (the second of two packages), requires the completion of a new building addition (approximately 40,000 SF), the interior remodeling (approximately 80,000 SF) of the 1st and 2nd floors of the Main Classroom Building and Automotive CTE spaces, and the demolition of an existing building. The previous package (Package 01) which is NOT included in this scope of work consisted of make-ready activities, site utilities, erosion control, sitework, concrete piers, selective demolition and tree protection.
