Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tenino, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This Contract provides for the improvement of Old Highway 99 with the grind and overlay of approximately 2,800 linear feet of existing 28-foot-wide asphalt pavement from the west side of the western side of the wastewater treatment plant to Huston St S, and striping. A contract will be awarded, or all bids rejected within 60 days after the bid opening. Bids received after the fixed time for opening cannot be considered. The City of Tenino will set their clock based on online. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier’s check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Tenino.
