**As of June 16, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The work to be performed under this contract consists of: The purchase and installation of new materials and providing of labor and equipment to construct approximately 8" PVC - 1,250 Linear Feet of 8 - inch water pipe in the City of Windcrest. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid issued by an acceptable surety registered with the U.S. Treasury shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check payable to Bexar County WCID #10 may be submitted in lieu of the bid bond. Bid, performance, payment and maintenance bonds and other instruments of security. Contractor will have 75 calendar days to complete all work The Bexar County WCID #10 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
