Question Deadline 05/05/2025 Leticia Cortes, 512-406-2609, Leticia.cortes@hhs.texas.gov HHSC will conduct two mandatory on-site visits at the location specified below on the dates and times identified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of thisIFB) or on the dates and times established in subsequent Addenda. The on-site visit will include a review of the IFB requirements as well as awalk-through of the facility. Attendance at one on site visit is mandatory. Failure to attend in person will result in the disqualification of a Bidder. Bidders not listed on the attendance log will not be permitted to submit a Response. Location for On-SiteVisit: Lubbock StateSupported Living Center 3401 North UniversityStreet, Lubbock, TX 79415 Onsite contact: Rodney Nixon, Rodney.nixon@hhs.texas.gov Mandatory On-Site Visits Must attend one Scope of Work- Emergency Generator Service of Location: The Lubbock State Supported Living Center: 3401 North University Street, Lubbock, Texas 79415 (building 509/Kitchen) SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED o Purchase and installation of (1) 60 KW diesel generator. o Replacing the new 60 KW generator on the existing concrete pad at building 509. o The new generator will be terminated to the existing ATS switch. Or a new ATS compatible with the new generator being installed. o After inspection of the existing feeder wire, we will be using the existing feeder wire. o Install a 3/4 " conduit with (6) # 10 wires from the EP panel inside the building tothe generator for engine block heater, trickle charger and convenience receptacle. o Install a 3/4 " conduit with (6) # 12 wire from the generator into the building for thegenerator Annunciator panel (location to be determined by end user). o The facility will provide diesel fuel for the initial start-up and top it off after start-up. o Provide (2) 3/4 " x 10' ground rods and 2/0 copper cable for grounding of the generator service. o Provide (1) 3/4 " x 10' ground rod with 2/0 copper cable on opposite corners of thegenerator enclosure for bonding. o Two after hourshutdowns. o Initial generator startup and commissioning. o Awarded vendor must provide a minimum two-year warranty on workperformed. 05/01/2025 10:00 am 05/02/2025 10:00 am
