Question Deadline: Thu May 15, 2025 5:00 PM (CDT) The scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to: The Contractor shall be responsible for removal and disposal of all Asbestos-Containing Material associated with the Creekside Community Center as defined in the Non-Destructive Hazardous Building Materials Survey Report dated January 17, 2025. The Contractor shall also be responsible for protection to adjacent property and work. The contractor shall provide all materials, necessary labor and equipment to perform this service. All delivery and associated fees are to be included in bid price COMPLETION TIME: September 30, 2025. A certified check or cashier’s check payable to the City of Bloomington, or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a licensed surety company must also accompany the Bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the Bidder fail to enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond within ten (10) days after the award of the contract.
