Reference Number 0000384732 The work of this project will be in the Right of Way of Gothic Road and will require traffic control. This project will include removal of the current bridge and recreation path and improvement to the drainage for sustainable drainage and longevity of the pedestrian path. Project includes removal of the current bridge decking, structural components and handrail, excavation and realignment of approximately 46 feet of the drainage swale area, installation of an HDPE culvert including the installation of a debris grate and a flared-end structure with riprap. The recreation path will be reconfigured and reconstructed to a ten-foot-wide concrete path with three-foot gravel shoulders per the specifications and plans for the project. The current valley pan on the Gothic Road shoulder will remain in place and unchanged in the project. Relocation/adjustment of some dry utilities is anticipated.
