The City of Laramie will accept sub-mittals for the Laramie Bike Park Design-Build Project. The City of Laramie is seeking qualified firms or teams consisting of contractors, bike park builders, design firms, and/or engineers, licensed in Wyoming, to provide Design-Build services for the Lara-mie Bike Park Design-Build Project. Items under general consideration for this project are generally de-scribed as the final design and con-struction of the Laramie Bike Park with features including dirt jumps, pump tracks, tech-lines/xc loops, gravity directional trails, irrigation, landscaping, and signage. This project will be managed by a project team led by the City of Laramie Parks, Recreation & Public Services Department. Construction of bike park elements, including compacted natural surface dirt jumps, a pump track, a kids pump track, slopestyle gravity trails, and a skills development area Construction of approximately 3,820 LF of compacted natural surface cross-country singletrack trails. Installation of approximately 1,400 LF of crusher fines trails within the bike park. Installation of approximately 3,700 LF of rounded split-rail fencing. Installation of irrigation lines, controllers, and other equipment, which will require a new water tap off two separate Points of Connection, as specified in drawings.
