Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Peachtree City, Georgia. Working plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
**As of July 3 , 2025 no award for this project. As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid. Replacement of damaged guardrail and construction of a concrete barrier wall to protect end of bridge. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% of Bidders maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond a Payment Bond in the amount of 110%, and a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the project cost. The project shall be Substantially Complete within 90 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed of the contract. Liquidated Damages shall be assessed in the amount of $250.00 per day The City of Peachtree City reserves the right to bid a project in phases and award the contract on the phases it deems to be in the Citys best interest.
