The type of lagooning process used at the wastewater treatment plant, located at 77 Chemin des Étangs in Cookshire-Eaton (Quebec) J0B 1M0, for the treatment of domestic wastewater is the facultative aerated lagoon. The Town of Cookshire-Eaton assumes no responsibility for any written notices or documents transmitted electronically that are incomplete or contain any errors or omissions whatsoever. Consequently, all bidders must ensure, prior to bidding, that they obtain all documents and addenda, if any, related to this call for tenders. The Town of Cookshire-Eaton does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and opened, nor to incur any costs or obligations of any kind to the bidder(s).
