Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Renton, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a fitness / recreation center; for the demolition of a fitness / recreation center; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and fitness / recreation center.

This project would improve and expand recreation facilities available to the West Hill neighborhood by renovating the park's existing sports court and improving drainage and turf within the existing field. These improvements are currently in the running for a $1.1M (no match) COAF RCO grant. Additional expressed desires for the park from community engagement include exercise stations and site furnishing improvements, that while not all eligible under the COAF grant, could be eligible for future grants. As of April 30, 2025, this project is included in the city's 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
