Renovation of a medical facility in Listowel, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
LWHA on behalf of Listowel Memorial Hospital is looking to establish a long term partnership with a preferred Proponent(s) for the supply of services following the Ministry of Health's Framework for Early Capital planning submissions. This particular RFP is for stage 1.2 Proposal and 1.3 Functional Program, but we intend to remain with same consultant through life of project as it progresses. We will contract with a Prime consultant that will lead us through these processes, that will subcontract with programmer and cost consultant and/or others as required. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Discloser Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
