DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Renovation/upfit of existing 2,260 maintenance warehouse space as located at the rear of existing Gordon Odyssey Academy. Scope includes demolition of existing wood framed walls, cmu walls, and misc. plumbing and electrical for renovation scope. Renovation includes new metal stud framing partition walls, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and finishes to form new office space. BID SECURITY - Bid security is required in an amount not less than 5% of the Base Bid.
