Reference number: 20067422 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-05-12 The Town of Métabetchouan-Lac-à-la-Croix is seeking bids for the construction of a new 63-lot residential development. Generally, but without limitation, the work consists of: - Construction of two new streets with a complete roadway structure covering approximately 9,200 square metres; - Installation of approximately 812 linear metres of storm sewer pipe; - Installation of approximately 854 linear metres of sanitary sewer pipe to convey wastewater to the existing network of adjacent streets; - Installation of a permanent retention basin that will treat 80% of suspended solids. The retention basin includes the installation of a control manhole downstream of the basin, an access road, an outlet device, a geomembrane and a pretreatment cell; - The receiving environment for the retention basin is an intermittent stream to the north of the development; - The new stormwater management system will be connected to the existing outfall; - Site restoration; - All other related work. Work must be completed by October 31, 2025, and may begin as of June 10, 2025.
