Site work for a civil project in Angleton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work generally consists of installation of260 L.F. 12" C-900 water line and fittings ,17 L.F. 12" ductile iron water line fabrication and installation, installation of 8"x8" tapping sleeve and valve, 12"x8" tee tapping sleeve and valve, 12"x8" tee and 8" gate valve and weld 12" steel flange to 12" steel header, 12"plug valve, 8" globe style silent check valve ,construction of 92 S.F. concrete pad with concrete pedestal, blasting and painting piping, installation of an 800 GPM booster pump and pump can; and other items of work as detailed in the plans. Contract Bid Documents will be shipped at the requestor's expense. Payment will be by check, cashier's check or money order only made payable to Baker &Lawson, Inc. (Engineer). Refunds will not bemade. Qualifications of Bidders, insurer, and sureties are set forth in the Bidding Documents. A Bid Security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid will be required,as detailed in the Bidding Documents.
