The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is soliciting proposals from Qualified and Experienced Companies to furnish all supervision, labor, material and equipment to complete RAIL TRACK & CROSSING INSPECTIONS, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR & INSTALLATION SERVICES for Blount Island Marine Terminal of the Jacksonville Port Authority. All work must conform to all applicable city and county codes. This is an evaluated contract and will be awarded to one (1) Proposer receiving the highest number of points by submitting the most responsive and responsible proposal that, when evaluated, meet both entities needs and requirements as outlined on the Evaluation Criteria Matrix (RFP ATTACHMENT NO. 3) for an initial period of three (3) years, with two (2) additional, one (1) year renewal options made at the sole discretion of JAXPORT and based on vendor performance. Therefore, the purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to request information about your abilities to provide these services exactly as specified and to obtain a pricing commitment. Question Deadline 05/05/2025 at 9:00 AM CT The deadline for submitting questions by e-mail to Terri Lemon-Scott at Terri.Lemon-Scott@jaxport.com or submitted through electronically. Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known potential bidders registered online.
