Major renovation to the Joseph-Ernest-Grégoire building: Phase 2 - exterior renovation. TIMELINE: Preliminary studies and conceptual design are underway. Contract for architectural services to complete design and conduct construction surveillance has been awarded following request for proposals # 92858. Reference # 20067391. Contract for civil and structural engineering services to complete design and conduct construction surveillance has been awarded following request for proposals # 92856. Reference # 20066239. Contract for mechanical and electrical engineering services to complete design and conduct construction surveillance has been awarded following request for proposals # 92857. Reference # 20067374. Project will be developed in two phases. Phase 1: interior renovation. Phase 2: exterior renovation. Tender for Phase 1 is anticipated in fall, 2025. Tender for Phase 2 is anticipated in summer, 2027. Further update in early 2026.
