Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,281-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The Project consists of the construction of a single-story building constructed with a structural-steel frame and cold-formed metal-framing infill. General Scope a. Furnish and install metal wall panels and composite panels, including secondary supports, trims, and fasteners. b. Ensure compliance with AAMA 2605, ASTM, IBC, NFPA, and local building codes. c. Submit shop drawings, product submittals, and finish samples for approval. d. Coordinate installation with the Construction Manager, air barrier contractors, waterproofing contractors, and other trades to ensure proper substrate and drainage conditions. e. Provide all necessary tools, equipment, fasteners, and installation hardware for a complete system. 2) Substrate Preparation & Attachment Systems a. Verify that cold-formed metal framing, sheathing, or masonry substrates are properly prepared before installation. b. Ensure proper integration of air barriers and waterproofing systems before panel installation. c. Coordinate with other trades to prevent conflicts at penetrations, flashings, and transitions. 3) Metal Wall Panel System Installation a. Furnish and install concealed-fastener or exposed-fastener metal wall panels per contract documents. b. Install pre-finished metal soffit panels, trim pieces, and fascia panels where required. c. Ensure proper fastener placement, panel alignment, and expansion joint spacing. d. Provide internal and external corners, J-channels, and closure strips for a seamless appearance. e. Install pre-fabricated or field-formed brake metal flashings and trims to match panels. 4) Composite Metal Wall Panel Installation a. Furnish and install composite panels, including all supporting clips, extrusions, and framing components. b. Ensure proper attachment using back-fastened or rainscreen systems per manufacturer guidelines. c. Provide gasketed or open-joint panel systems as specified. d. Coordinate installation of sealants, caulking, and expansion joints for a watertight assembly. e. Ensure flatness tolerances are maintained to prevent oil-canning and warping. 5) Flashing, & Weather Protection a. Furnish and install expansion joints and perimeter flashing systems to ensure water tightness. b. Provide edge trims, coping caps, and integrated drip edges to prevent moisture intrusion. c. Coordinate with the roofing and waterproofing trades for a continuous weather-resistant envelope. 6) Installation & Coordination a. Attend pre-installation meeting with Construction Manager's personnel before starting work. b. Verify layout, control joint placement, and attachment details before starting work. c. Coordinate with window, door, and waterproofing trades to ensure seamless integration. d. Ensure proper clearances around penetrations, mechanical units, and electrical fixtures. 7) Testing & Quality Control a. Perform field water testing and air leakage testing if required by contract. b. Inspect installed panels for proper alignment, fastening, and surface quality. c. Conduct manufacturer inspections to validate warranty compliance. 8) This subcontract is intended to be all inclusive of labor and equipment required for the scope of work. 9) This subcontract includes all items of work covered by the specifications be they named, inferred, or normally performed by members of subcontractor's industry. For clarification purposes, we may list items to be included in addition to those which are covered in the plans and specifications. 0) The subcontractor acknowledges and agrees that any recapitulation of the work to be performed shall be for the sole and exclusive purpose of clarifying the status of those items which are included in the subcontractor's scope of work. Items not specifically mentioned but are normally performed by members of the trade's industry are included as part of the subcontractor's scope of work. 11) All work included in this subcontract shall be according to the project/progress schedule provided by the construction manager. This includes day and night work as required by project schedule. If the Subcontractor falls behind schedule in the submittal portion or the installation portion of this Subcontract through no fault of the Contractor or the Owner, the Subcontractor shall work overtime or perform shift work at no extra cost to Contractor as necessary to maintain the project schedule. 12) The subcontractor shall understand when their scope of work is to be put in place and include all weather protective means as required. 13) The subcontractor is responsible for any track out created by employees, subcontractors, or vendors of said subcontractor. 14) The subcontractor to include a minimum 40-hr work week. This shall mean work, put in place, by the subcontractor and not inclusive of travel time. 15) The subcontractor to include all permits applicable to scope of work, as required by the contract documents, or, as required by authorities having authority inclusive of any fees. 16) The subcontractor to include all applicable submittals and submittal requirements as identified and required by the contract documents including, but not limited to mockups, samples, product data, shop drawings, calculations, certifications, delegated design, engineering, stamps, warranties etc. 17) All submittals, shop drawings, samples, product data, etc., to be uploaded via Procore.
