Site work for a water / sewer project in McDonald, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project is approximately 430 L.F. of 6-inch ductile iron pipe waterline including a bridge crossing. Contractor is responsible for providing all pipe, fittings, and other materials as required. Cleveland Utilities will maintain a plan holders list so that any addendums can be distributed in a timely manner. No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Low bidder will be expected to order materials and begin construction as soon as possible. All questions should be directed to Greg Clark. Cleveland Utilities reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids. All bidders must be licensed Contractors in compliance with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act It is the policy of Cleveland Utilities to ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 49 CFR, Part 21; related statutes and regulations to that end that no person shall be excluded from participation in or be denied benefits of or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance or any other funding source on the grounds of race, color, sex, national origin, or ancestry.
