The County of Currituck, North Carolina(the "County") invites qualified firms and/or individuals to submit a proposal to provide a 190.0-foot, self-supported communications monopole tower. This is to be a turnkey proposal including site preparation, tower and foundation design and engineering, all materials and associated accessories, and installation. The monopole is to be erected at159 Southern Pine Drive, Moyock, Currituck County, North Carolina. Currituck County will not be responsible for any unforeseen delays or costs. The Request for Proposals (RFP) package in electronic (PDF) format shall be requested from Crystal Owens, Contract Purchasing Agent by email atbids@currituckcountync.gov. The County is not responsible for full or partial sets of RFP documents obtained from any other source. Small Business Entities, Women Owned Businesses, Minority Owned Businesses, Veteran and Service-disabled Veteran Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit bids. Bid Description: The subject line of the email should clearly state: "RFP Response - Monopole Tower." Mail or Hand Delivery: Proposers their response by mail or in person. All physical submissions must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, with the outermost packaging clearly labelled as follows: "RFP Response - Monopole Tower," on the outer most package and must be delivered.
