DATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION. The Project and Work for the Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for construction of the Project, all in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Owner or Engineer. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of its Work on the Project, as defined in the General Conditions, within 100 calendar days of the Date of Commencement (“Date of Substantial Completion”). Substantial Completion is the time at which the Work has progressed to the point where the Work is sufficiently complete, in accordance with the Contract Documents, so that the Work can be utilized for the purposes for which it is intended. 3.2.1 DATE OF FINAL COMPLETION. The Contractor shall achieve Final Completion of its Work on the Project, as defined in the General Conditions, within 30 calendar days of the Date of Substantial Completion (“Date of Final Completion”
