Reference Number 0000292563 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/15 03:00:00 PM ADT The Housing Hub New Brunswick is inviting companies to submit a proposal under the terms described herein, for “construction building services” for a development in Haut Madawaska. The project relates to two sites in the Haut Madawaska area. The first site is located on rue des Chevaliers de Colomb in Haut-Madawaska, NB ( St. Francois) and the second site is on rue Cyr. This RFP is to supply and deliver: 7 fully detached homes units (four – 3 bedroom units and three – 2 bedroom units) 5 duplex units (2 units / duplex, each 3 bedroom units) = 10 units The project schedule identifies an estimated start of June 2025. The intent is to have the 7 fully detached units completed and occupied by end of Fall 2025 and the 5 duplex units completed and occupied by start of Spring 2026. Proponents are to include a full schedule with their submittals. The scope of the work requested of the Proponents for the purposes of this RFP includes any work related to the supply and delivery of the housing units, resulting in an occupiable home residence. This may include but is not limited to: Work to include everything required for turnkey homes including but not limited to: A. Substructure B. Building Shell C. Interiors D. Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Services E. Sitework & Landscaping including well & pump All permits, temporary power & utilities, materials testing by Contractor All works to be in compliance with all applicable Codes, bylaws and any requirements from AHJs Housing Hub reserves the authority to reject any proposal that does not align with the requirements of this RFP, which may include incomplete proposals or proposals offering services that were not requested.
