Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the final time set for receipt of bids, as well as bids received after the final time set for receipt of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. No Bidder may withdraw a bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. This project is to purchase and install gas powered generators and automatic transfer switches at two (2) sewer lift station locations. The locations are listed below in the clarifications. Both locations will have a Kohler Model: 24RCLA generator and the RXT automatic transfer switch installed. This will be a purchase and a complete in place installation, which is defined below in the clarifications. The contractor will be responsible for transporting the generators to each location. A Business Relationships Affidavit, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Energy Discrimination Elimination Act of 2022 Boycott Affidavit, and a Cashier's Check, a certified check or a surety bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the gross amount of base bid as a guaranty, shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders and to successful bidders upon approval of the contract and submission of a 100% Performance Bond, a 100% Statutory Bond and a 100% Maintenance Bond. On all bids below the amount of $100,000.00, the City of Enid reserves the right to waive any or all bond requirements. The City of Enid, Oklahoma reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
