Site work for a water / sewer project in Lebanon, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of installation of approximately 2,400 feet of 24" ductile iron water main. A Certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to ten (10) percent of the bid. A letter of credit may only be revocable by the Owner. Upon entering into a contract with the Owner, the contractor must file a performance bond for the amount of the contract, and the bid guaranty will then be returned to the successful and unsuccessful bidders upon contract execution Questions regarding the technical specifications should be directed to Chris Brausch at cbrausch@warrencountyohio.gov or (513) 695-1193. Warren County reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted, to waive any irregularities in bids, and enter into a contract with the Bidder who, in Warren County's consideration, offered the lowest and best bid.
