REFERENCE: 51131TT PUBLIC TENDER CALL AO-25-07 The City of Paspébiac is requesting bids for the following work: - Replacement of two (2) circular culverts made of corrugated iron, 3100 mm and 1450 mm in diameter, on rue Saint-Pie-X. - Replacement of sewer and aqueduct lines above culvert Ch. 3+370 and above culvert CH. 3+670 - Installation of retaining walls at culvert 3+370 - Installation of pavement structure and asphalt mix. - Sidewalk reconstruction. - Installation of new guardrails. - Various ancillary works and repairs to rear roads. The Town of Paspébiac does not accept electronic submissions. It should be noted that part of the project, which is the subject of this request for tenders, has not yet obtained all the required approvals (including approval from the Ministère de l'Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs - MELCCFP) and that the start and execution of work on this part are conditional on these authorizations. The replacement of the culvert at chainage 3+370 requires ministerial authorization. The Town of Paspébiac reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, and to deduct certain parts from the contract. The Awarding Authority shall not be liable for any claims for costs or losses incurred by bidders as a result of such decisions.
